By placing an order on our website, you agree that you are 18 years of age or older. Children and teenagers under the age of 18 may not order from our website.
You agree to not share your account login information with any third-party, particularly friends and family members under the age of 18.
SHIPPING
We ship to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to APO addresses, FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam, or to any of the U.S. protectorates.
We ship primarily by the U.S. Postal Service but also use UPS for larger packages. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be by USPS only.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have one of the best return policies in the industry. We offer returnless refunds. You do not need to return the item in order to receive a refund. Simply contact us and we’ll refund your purchase. You’re welcome to keep the product without returning it.
Due to the recent increase in scams perpetrated by several online black market communities, we reserve the right to refuse orders from anyone we feel is abusing our returnless refund policy.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND IMAGES
We do our best to ensure that our product descriptions are accurate and that the images reflect the product you will receive. All of our products manufactured using the latest 3D print technology. Due to fluctuating temperatures and movement during the manufacturing process, items may not look exactly like the product shown in the image.
The colors shown in product images will vary from device to device. No image will look the same on a desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile phone.
FINANCIAL INFORMATION
We do not store (or receive) your financial information when placing an order. Financial information is received and stored by a third-party payment processing service. Your financial information cannot be stolen from our database because we don’t have it.
